We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Transportation Analytics crew. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
* Analyzing large, messy, disparate datasets to identify trends and patterns

* Creating ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to centralize data from multiple sources

* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting and data analysis tasks
* Documenting processes and sharing knowledge with colleagues to promote a culture of continuous learning
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
* Creativity and a user experience (UX) mindset to develop impactful data visualizations
* Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
