**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator / File Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining an employee database and their useful information in an accurate and up-to-date manner

* Verifying and updating data before entering it in the database

* Entering paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners
* Dealing with all requests to access files and keeping logs of borrowed papers
* Developing an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma; Data Entry Operator Certification will also be considered
* Proven experience of working as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Typist, or a similar position in the Administrative Department
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Accurate in typing with extraordinary typing skills
* Strong understanding of data integrity and security
* Familiar with administrative procedures
* Proven experience as a file clerk
* Knowledge of filing systems
* Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
* Good command of English both oral and written
