Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering system orders, managing customer orders, and performing high-volume data entry tasks. If you have a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure system orders are entered accurately into arenaflex's business system
- Receive and process PO/orders, entering them into the system
- Print Sales order acknowledgements and create Project Workspace (Jira) and Functional Location
- Attach PO's and Quotes documentation to the business system
- Ensure custom Bills of Materials are entered accurately into arenaflex's business system
- Perform high-volume data entry of customer orders
- Perform back-up to EchoFlex data entry
- Assist Project Assistants when necessary
- Other tasks as assigned by the team lead
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in a team environment
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team, and communicate effectively
- Technical Skills: Strong keyboarding skills, both alpha and numeric, and ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Organizational and Time Management: Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- SAP Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP is helpful but not required
