**Job Summary:**
The Data Entry Analyst, Onboard & Leisure Product will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Corporation with product control, reporting evaluation, and operational support. This position will be responsible for analyzing and operationalizing onboard product tasks, including the enhancement of contemporary experience products (hotels, tour insurance, on-board products) and the layout and implementation of new products. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert for onboard product applications and tasks, control of arenaflex's in-flight menu, entertainment, and product applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze and operationalize onboard product tasks, including the enhancement of contemporary experience products (hotels, tour insurance, on-board products) and the layout and implementation of new products.
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including menu items, entertainment options, and product applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementation and customer experience.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including flight attendants, pilots, and other operational teams.
* Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support product development and customer experience improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product development and customer experience improvement.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of experience in product, operations, or application control, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Onboard experience, either as a flight attendant or working closely with flight crews at the operations side.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Python, or R.
* Strong understanding of airline operations and customer experience principles.
* Ability to travel occasionally, with a valid passport and driver's license.
