**The Role**
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst – Information Investigator to join our Endorser Lifecycle Investigation group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions. Your expertise will help drive the development of business and functional plans that have a significant impact on our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Translate modern business questions into SQL, including precise cohorting, estimations, filtering criteria, and aggregations
* Communicate complex patterns and drivers to a wide range of colleagues with varying levels of technical expertise from functional groups to executive crowds, both in oral presentations and written reports
* Collaborate with other Investigation groups to analyze maintenance performance of key business initiatives across satisfied, commitment, and marketing areas
* Build and maintain functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to grasp performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide partners with self-serve tools
* Partner closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Activities, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and unlock opportunities for improved endorser maintenance
**Essential Capabilities**
* Four-year degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or related field
* High-level analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
* Ability to think critically, examine and interpret first-party and third-party data
* Experience managing large datasets and deciphering data patterns using multiple disparate data sources and tools
* Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
* Strong logical and technical skills to handle issues, investigate the root cause, quickly come up with potential solutions, detail the changes, and communicate hierarchical impact
* Verifiable experience in detailing data requirements, data methodology, data rules (normalization, cleansing, and validation)
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience in the streaming media industry as well as supporting a direct-to-consumer or membership-based product
* Experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are shared with key stakeholders
