**Job Summary**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to develop insights that inform our content strategy, and you'll be expected to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and opportunities for content innovation
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to optimize audience engagement
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate complex data findings through compelling narratives across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, and clustering
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Passion for media and entertainment, with a strong understanding of the industry
