As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, work from the comfort of your own home, and earn a competitive hourly rate of $17. Our program is perfect for individuals who value autonomy, are self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** As an arenaflex customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems * Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues * Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and service level agreements **Technology and Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept Apple OS) **Work Environment Requirements** To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to: * Provide a quiet, uninterrupted space * Ensure an organized desk area **Approved Home Office Locations** Please note that the following locations are not approved for home offices: * Alaska * Allenspark, Colorado * California * Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado * Connecticut * Delaware * Denver, Colorado * Edgewater, Colorado * Eldora, Colorado * Eldorado Springs, Colorado * Flagstaff, Arizona * Gold Hill, Colorado * Gunbarrel, Colorado * Hawaii * Hygiene, Colorado * Illinois * Maine * Massachusetts * Maryland * Minneapolis, Minnesota * New Jersey * New York * Niwot, Colorado * Oregon * Rhode Island * St. Paul, Minnesota * Tucson, Arizona * Virginia * Vermont * Washington * Washington DC **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor, you'll maintain a contractual relationship with arenaflex.
