**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our remote evening shift team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our internal clients to ensure that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound and take inbound calls regarding shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients
* Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email responses
* Speak with customers and update them that information they have received asking them to vote is not accurate
* Direct them where they can vote moving forward
* Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side
* Night Shift - Monday - Thursday (6:00 - 11:00) Eastern AND Saturday (12:00 - 6:00 Eastern)
**Qualifications**
* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry experience
* Good speaking voice
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
