You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing them with the support they need to make the most of their stay. You'll also work closely with our hosts to ensure that their properties are managed efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns * Assist with booking management, including processing bookings, managing cancellations, and handling any issues that may arise * Make calls to guests and hosts as needed to resolve any issues or provide additional support * Use Guesty channel manager to manage bookings, track guest communications, and monitor property performance * Collaborate with our hosts to ensure that their properties are managed efficiently and effectively * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with our team to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience with us **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field * Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and hosts * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work weekends from 8 AM to 5 PM (Paris time) * Experience with Guesty channel manager or a similar property management system * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of guests and hosts * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and use new software and systems quickly * Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all guest communications and bookings are accurate and up-to-date * Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and hosts * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and use new software and systems quickly * Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all guest communications and bookings are accurate and up-to-date **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
