**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Success Specialist, Scaled, you'll be responsible for owning a portfolio of SMB customers, helping them achieve their strategic objectives, and realizing significant value from our AI and automation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Product Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with new features and accelerate product adoption by working closely with frontline support teams, reviewing their solution, and providing proactive training and best practices.
* **Customer Relationships**: Build strong customer relationships and keep engagement high through Success Plans, outlining strategic objectives and related KPIs, and initiatives to deliver against these.
* **Reporting and Analysis**: Provide regular reporting on automation, product adoption, and account health KPIs, and develop strategies to improve them.
* **Business Reviews**: Deliver a strategic cadence of Business Reviews to customers to align realized value with executive stakeholders.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally and build strong relationships within arenaflex's Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams, as well as with the arenaflex Core team.
* **Expansion Opportunities**: Uncover expansion opportunities across new channels, markets, brands, and use cases and support Account Executives in closing them.
* **Contract Management**: Know your customers' contracts and when changes to an existing contract are necessary.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Experience**: A proven track record of managing SMB customers with complex technical solutions in a SaaS company.
* **Product Expertise**: A deep understanding of how our AI and automation solutions work and how integrating their features, integrations, capabilities, and best practices help customers achieve their goals.
* **Technical Aptitude**: A passion for technical problems and the ability to liaise with technical teams, both internally and externally.
* **Analytical Skills**: The ability to measure value via a data-oriented approach, including continuous monitoring of account health and ROI to identify churn risk and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to define, present, and execute Success Plans and Business Reviews to achieve objectives and drive ROI.
* **Language Skills**: Fluency in English.
