Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our Value-Based Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and effective utilization of our product. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating workflows, training, and ongoing support to foster strong, consultative relationships with practices and clinicians. This remote role requires candidates to be based in Iowa and able to travel regularly to customers. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with implementation teams to coordinate client workflows and training needs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. - Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing product training to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solution. - Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with practices, conducting regular reviews with clinicians to address product updates and ensure customer delight. - Schedule, prepare, and lead client engagement meetings, promptly responding to ongoing needs and fostering open communication. - Identify areas of focus for clients to drive results, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions. - Maintain thorough notes of client communications and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution. - Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practice workflows of our product, driving adoption and utilization among clients. - Monitor client performance, reporting internally and to clients, and providing actionable insights to inform improvement initiatives. - Provide customer feedback to internal teams, including Product, Operations, and other stakeholders, to drive product and operational enhancements. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of product features and how providers interact with the product, serving as an expert user and resource for clients. Success in this Role Success in this role is measured by the ability to maintain strong, consultative relationships with practices and clinicians, demonstrated by high user engagement and effective issue resolution. You will also be expected to effectively train clients on product features and workflows, resulting in high levels of product adoption and utilization. Monitoring client performance and reporting should indicate consistent, efficient use of the product. Additionally, you will be expected to identify areas of focus and proactively address client issues using data and influence, providing feedback to product teams that results in product or operational improvements that benefit the client experience. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: - 2-3 years of value-based care knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges. - Experience implementing operational or technological projects in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of success. - 5+ years of project management experience, with expertise in coordinating workflows, training, and ongoing support. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport and good relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and process-oriented, with the ability to maintain thorough notes and ensure timely follow-up. - Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40-50% initially), with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Background working in the healthcare industry, ideally 3-5 years on the provider side, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of healthcare providers. - Ability to utilize data and reports to identify trends and proactively intervene, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated provider empathy, with the ability to foster trusting relationships between arenaflex and the practices using our solution. - Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive desired outcomes and behaviors. - Experience establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff, and/or experience working in a primary care practice.
