**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability.
* Maintain a broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to effectively sell and upsell our clients' offerings.
* Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call.
* Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required.
* Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, every time.
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred.
* Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred.
* A courteous and strong customer service orientation.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
* The ability to remain patient and professional in all customer contact situations.
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
