**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our not-for-profit clients. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* At least one year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
