**Work from Home Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our remote work program is designed to provide a safe, secure, and productive work environment that's conducive to performing your assigned tasks. You'll be responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations to support our overall vision to be the world's favorite travel company
* Handling incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat
* Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
* Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
* Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
**Key Qualifications**
