**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer needs and preferences
* Meeting sales targets and managing objections to minimize churn and maximize customer retention
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and sales skills
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications:**
To be successful as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
* A high school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
