Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive salary of $26-$36 per hour.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective issue resolution and follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and performance targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
