Job Overview The Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex is designed to provide consultative customer service that consistently meets or exceeds our standards of excellence and customer expectations. As a key member of our Virtual Apron Support Team, you will be responsible for creating an effortless customer experience for external and internal customers through phone interactions. Your primary focus will be on handling product inquiries, scheduling and verifying appointments, providing support to our store and field partners, and resolving customer conflicts and escalations. You will take ownership of customer issues and provide complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available to you. Key Responsibilities - Communication (5%): Respond to email, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. - Customer Service (65%): Utilize a uniform script to place outbound calls to customers from leads obtained from various marketing sources, focusing on scheduling new appointments, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling appointments by validating customer information and project qualification. - Other (5%): Perform other job duties as assigned by your manager, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. - arenaflex Process & Policy (25%): Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers who have been referred through a store associate, internet lead, or other source, ensuring that all interactions are handled in accordance with arenaflex's processes and policies. Management and Reporting This position typically reports to a Contact Center Supervisor and has no direct reports. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Virtual Apron Support Team, working closely with your supervisor and colleagues to achieve our customer service goals and objectives. Travel and Physical Requirements This role does not require travel, and you will be working in a comfortable indoor area with minimal physical demands. You may be required to sit or stand for extended periods, stoop regularly, or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds). Qualifications and Education To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: - Be at least 18 years of age or older - Be legally permitted to work in the United States Preferred qualifications include: - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills The minimum education required for this role is a high school diploma and/or GED, although no specific educational requirements are preferred.
