Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment. - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
