**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Retail, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with a smile. You will:
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers, resolving their issues quickly and professionally
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain arenaflex's products and services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
