**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency

* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications and systems
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
