**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues
* Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality results
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive experience
* Up-sell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to clients, as needed
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems and email management tools
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
