**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in process, and assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in
* Ensuring customers have the perfect travel documents and making gate announcements
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (some luggage may weigh up to 70 pounds)
* Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

**What You Need to Succeed**
