Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that meet the unique needs of our customers, and we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing new patient enrollments and updating patient information in our systems * Handling patient medication requests and entering refill orders for processing * Investigating and resolving missing medication data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Settling all information system-related exceptions and resolving customer complaints * Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, chats, and messages, and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquiring and maintaining a valid pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment **Essential Capabilities** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: * Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online * Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms * Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at a rate of at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following preferred capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role: * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a license or certification by the state Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at a rate of at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports * Fluency in Spanish and English **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees, and we offer a range of opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
