**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
* Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
* Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and activities staff
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working on multiple computer programs simultaneously
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in computer education, including typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Bilingual capabilities are a plus
