**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with a range of issues, including filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. You'll also be calling customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals. Our ideal candidate is comfortable in a high-call volume environment and is ready to stay busy!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer phone calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
* Call customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
* Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
**Requirements**
* Availability to work start times as early as 7 AM and end times as late as 4 PM
* Reliability and attendance adherence
* Reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps download speed)
* PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS
* USB Headset for taking calls
* Dedicated, quiet workspace
* Excellent reading and writing skills
* Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum
* Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM)
* Solid PC skills (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
* Must live in Wyoming or Kansas
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
