**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-level customer service and empathy to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products and services
* Utilizing multiple systems and tools to efficiently resolve customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and self-development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhering to all company time and attendance policies
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
* Strong heart and mind for servicing others
* Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently resolve customer issues
* Ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner
* Ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for customers
* Ability to be flexible with the hours of operation
* Open and receptive to feedback from leadership
* Motivation and ability to obtain self-upskilling and knowledge training
**Preferred Qualifications**
