You'll be the first point of contact for users who utilize Financial Banking Cards, and you'll be responsible for resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. In slower times, you'll have the opportunity to support other areas of the business, expanding your skills and knowledge. **Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound calls from customers and resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and helpful information regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries * Maintain updated records and logs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting * Perform all other duties as assigned by management * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High School diploma or GED * Minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service * Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software * Ability to pass a PC Knowledge Test * Experience with data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality * Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions **Training and Development** * 1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings to introduce you to our team and processes * A couple of weeks of on-the-phone training to get you comfortable with our systems and procedures * A week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training to reinforce your skills and knowledge **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team * Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Flexible work arrangements to support your work-life balance * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you.
