As a 100% remote company, we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Property & Casualty Insurance, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and driving sales growth for our pet insurance products. You'll work directly with pet parents to build rapport, educate them on our products and services, and provide a WOW! experience that exceeds their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies * Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently * Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times * Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's Petfirst brand and our pet insurance products * Build strong knowledge of products and services offered * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers **Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills** * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years of sales experience * Proven attendance reliability * Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends * Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills * Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills * Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections * Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail * Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines * Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet **Preferred Qualifications** * Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment * Insurance industry sales experience * Service industry and/or Contact Center experience * Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines **Training and Onboarding** * 100% remote training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks * Flex schedule between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday, one weekend a month on a rotating schedule * Permanent shift will be assigned after the initial training period **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $18 - $20 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Why Join arenaflex?** * Work from anywhere, at any time, with our 100% remote work policy * Collaborate with a talented and supportive team of professionals * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation * Develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development * Make a positive impact on people's lives through our innovative insurance solutions **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
