**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. **Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
* Providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status
* Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues
* Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns
* Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system
* Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate
* Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions
* Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* The ability to multi-task well and prioritize workload
* The ability to exercise progressive decision-making
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* The ability to work, and exceed, in a time-sensitive environment
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Essential Qualifications:**
