This is a part-time remote job opportunity that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's solution information section methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all information section-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to support plans and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations. * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain a current pharmacist license or certification. **Essential Capabilities** * Fundamental level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, or access data online). * Essential web search skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the right field, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. **Preferred Capabilities** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/certification by state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $24 * Flexible scheduling * Opportunities for career growth and development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * A chance to work with a leading healthcare organization **How to Apply** If you are a customer service professional looking for a part-time remote job opportunity that offers flexibility and a chance to work with a leading healthcare organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex.
