**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight (WFH Illinois), you will be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Processing prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless patient care
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
**Training and Development**
arenaflex provides comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our training schedule includes:
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a range of benefits, including:

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
* Have 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), unless approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
