**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders and inquiries, navigate our website and online ordering, and become a product and solutions expert. **Position Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
