**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll be responsible for scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight operations. You'll work closely with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities, address customer and driver concerns, and maintain accurate records within our systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accept, schedule, and assign loads using TruckMate or similar TMS
* Communicate with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
* Monitor load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
* Address customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
* Balance the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
* Maintain records and input updates accurately within our systems
**What We're Looking For:**
* Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
* Familiarity with TruckMate is a strong plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
* Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
* Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
