**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll serve as the primary interface for our customers, navigating our ERP system (SAP), Sales Order Automation tool, and B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Your primary objective will be to consistently deliver high-quality service that instills customer confidence and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Interpret and process customer requests and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with cross-functional team members to satisfy customer requirements and resolve complex issues
* Create and maintain accurate ERP system records, ensuring seamless data management and reporting
* Maintain a superior level of product and service knowledge to satisfy customer needs and provide expert advice
* Consistently provide accurate, prompt, professional service, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
* Decisively resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior team members
* Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvements and enhance our services
**Job Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred
* Previous customer-facing experience and data entry experience
* Superior data entry speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Superior active listening skills with the ability to interpret client needs

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll enjoy a hybrid/remote working arrangement with flexible hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Onsite training in Keene, NH will be provided for approximately 4-6 weeks during normal daytime office hours. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including:
