As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing sales productivity, and optimizing customer service. **Job Summary**
The Customer Service Representative provides support and service to all customers via phone, email, or fax, delivering world-class customer service in all interactions. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform accurate data entry, and maintain a CRM database with customer and prospect information.
**Essential Responsibilities**
• Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Accurately input information into various fields, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain a CRM database with customer and prospect information, ensuring up-to-date records and accurate tracking.
• Maintain an order batch, ensuring timely processing and follow-up as necessary.
• Responsible for the life of an order, from processing to follow-up, if required.
• Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure timely processing and resolution of any issues.
• Verify items and customer information entered accurately, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

**Requirements**
**Minimum Requirements**
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus).
• 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
• Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
• Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate through multiple programs, as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.
• Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus.
