**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
* Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
* Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Interact with many customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
* Sell products to customers, provide excellent customer care, and communicate effectively with customers
* Perform at a quick pace while having fun, working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
* Come up with great ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
