Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're excited to welcome a new member who shares our passion for excellence. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers over the phone, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork, and providing a seamless experience by reviewing and resolving documentation issues. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to balance your time between our remote office and home, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to validate and review paperwork using screen-sharing software. * Submit accurate paperwork for further review, ensuring all records are current and accurate. * Identify and resolve document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions. * Expedite corrections or adjustments, as necessary, and rebook appointments if needed to address document issues. * Efficiently manage multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously. * Maintain a dependable schedule for customer appointments and ensure prompt and reliable service to all customers. * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives. * Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call. * Be able to navigate online efficiently and skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. * Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions and be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times. **Qualifications** * 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required. * 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required. * Technical savvy (can toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors). * Previous remote work from home experience a plus. * Quick learner and able to work independently. * Type 35 words per minute accurately. * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. * A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Effective time-management skills. * Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional. * Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently. * Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as needed. * Must be able to work independently in a remote work environment. * Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and providing solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and resolve documentation issues. * Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors. * Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
