**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, working to build relationships with customers who contact us via phone calls, chats, and emails. You'll be responsible for providing best-in-class support, navigating customers through various post-order issues, and finding solutions that work best for them. With no scripts or pre-made answers, you'll have the autonomy to think analytically and make meaningful impacts on our customers' experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Demonstrate reliability: Attend and commit to being present and on time for the entire shift each day, ensuring that we're ready and available to help our customers when they need us most.
* Handle a large number of contacts: Handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift in a fast-paced and structured environment.
* Meet our high-performance bar: Exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned.
* Professional customer engagement: Build relationships with customers, addressing topics such as returns, exchanges, delivery, product availability, order status, and more.
* Actively listen and show empathy: Understand customers' concerns and use internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve their problem.
* De-escalate customer care: Use conflict management skills to balance customers' needs with the company's capabilities while maintaining professional composure.
* Troubleshooting: Think analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process.
* Be tech-savvy and multitask: Navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently.
* System development issues: Help us continue to improve by identifying areas of need for improvement for Wayfair customers and sharing leadership trends.
**Requirements**
* You must be over 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* You must be able to read, write, and understand the following languages: Spanish and English. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent.
