**Experienced Customer Service Representative – E-Service Chat Support – 100% Remote**

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers through our e-service chat platform. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing every customer with the best possible service experience, ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound e-service chat, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage * Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors * Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved * Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses * May assume other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or e-service environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong computer literacy and proficiency in e-service chat platforms * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Skills** While not required, the following skills are preferred: * Customer service experience and/or training * Experience working in a remote or e-service environment * Strong knowledge of home service plans and contract coverage * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
