You'll be the face of our brand, and we're looking for someone who embodies our values of customer focus, developing potential, and results-driven performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience. * Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of store appearance and organization. * Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management. * Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, maintaining a high level of product availability and visual merchandising. * Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, adhering to arenaflex's cash handling policies and procedures. * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns. * Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives. **Position Requirements** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and results-driven performance. * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
