**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics operations team through audits and process improvement activities. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work at all levels with an eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics operations team through audits and process improvement activities
* Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
* Interact with the business, automation technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements
* Identify emerging process performance trends and suggest process/system improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work at all levels with an eye for detail
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems (e.g. CRM, ticketing systems)
* Experience with process improvement and quality metrics
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
