**Role Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you will be responsible for assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return, while providing excellent customer service. You will be working outdoors, interacting with customers, and ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
* Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, process rentals of loyalty customers, and assist customers at exit gates or check-in our cars at return
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services
* Work outdoors, interacting with customers, and ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate records and data entry in a handheld device
* Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge

**What We’re Looking For:**
* Valid Driver’s License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
