**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner.
* Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain consistency and accuracy.
* Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless operations.
* Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our members.
* Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution.
* Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, while reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage.
* Providing top-notch support to our members, answering their transportation-related questions, and helping them navigate our services.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
* 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience.
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to type 35wpm or more.
* The ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
* The ability to work independently under general supervision.
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, experience in a service-oriented industry, familiarity with healthcare or transportation services, and a passion for delivering exceptional service will be highly valued.
