**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service & Math Tutor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting families and helping students achieve academic success. You'll maintain regular contact with families to monitor progress, adjust lesson plans, and provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback aligned with their goals. You'll also respond to student calls, offering expert help using step-by-step solutions within our program, ensuring a positive and supportive learning experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide support and guidance to students, helping them to build confidence and achieve academic success
* Collaborate with our team of educators, subject matter experts, and developers to ensure our online program meets the highest standards
* Participate in comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive team environment that sets you up for long-term success
* Work closely with families to understand their needs and provide tailored support to meet their goals
**Essential Qualifications:**
* A strong understanding of Math at a grade 11 and 12 level
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* The confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
* Strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail
* Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
* Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
* Some experience in tutoring Math to elementary and secondary school students is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but is not required
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, providing support and guidance to students and families
