Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences. You'll use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards the perfect vehicle, ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to deliver an iconic customer experience that sets us apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
* Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards the perfect vehicle
* Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Mentor others as your skillset expands, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team
* Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
* Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, as required
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
* Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
* High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
* Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year, according to the needs of the business
* Hybrid role with a requirement for working on-site one day per week
* Must meet the minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
