**Job Summary**
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we consistently meet our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our operations team and customers to deliver exceptional service, communicate effectively, and analyze data to drive success. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the operation of the American Patrols Operations Desk, serving as a critical command and control center and primary liaison between pilots and customers.
* Input, track, and analyze data related to reports received from pilots and customer interactions.
* Communicate directly with customers, leaving a lasting positive impression for arenaflex.
* Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections.
* Solidify hard data from vague clues and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Assist with generating the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth.
* Coordinate with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations.
* Communicate performance expectations to pilots prior to mission execution.
* Assist with general projects related to the overall business as a critical member of a small management team.
* Coordinate with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.
**Requirements**
* Customer service orientation with a passion for operations.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Earth.
* Full weekend availability, with a 5-day work week.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
