**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations
* Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
* Offering travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to arenaflex Card Members
* Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
* Providing proactive solutions to client issues and concerns
* Utilizing technology to provide seamless support in a face-to-face environment
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
* Experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
* Proven ability to adjust to client needs and provide proactive solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
* Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to client needs and concerns
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
* Proficiency in using technology to provide support in a face-to-face environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working with diverse client populations and cultures
