**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building relationships with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Providing expert guidance on retirement products and plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 401(a)
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

**What We're Looking For**
* A college degree and 1+ year of customer service experience (or 3+ years of customer service experience in lieu of a college degree)
* Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
* Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems
* Strong learning agility, with the ability to adapt to new information and apply it to perform successfully in the role
* Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30am – 10pm EST
