Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve customer care team performance objectives, including quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Manage staffing and scheduling functions to ensure optimal team coverage and resource allocation.
- Compile and analyze reports to inform departmental communications and strategic planning.
- Participate in strategic planning and recommendation of action plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Interface with team leaders to develop and implement effective people management strategies, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Lead or participate in strategic departmental or company-wide projects to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer care team efficiency and effectiveness.

Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of previous management or leadership experience, preferably in a customer care or related industry.
- Previous experience in an HMO environment or related industry is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
- A salary range of $79,800.00 - $127,600.00.
