• *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Assurance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our go-to-market activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Serving as the primary point of contact for security and compliance requests and responses, applying your knowledge of our company's platforms and their alignment with privacy and security compliance requirements.
• Supporting customers with specific third-party compliance requirements by helping them validate our security posture.
• Maintaining security assurance documentation and streamlining related processes to build customer confidence and support the sales cycle.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure customers receive clear, accurate assurance that our security controls and policies meet industry standards.
• Supporting customers' vendor risk assessments and audits, including serving as the primary point of contact for responding to and leading meetings of ongoing customer security diligence questionnaires and audits.
• Managing customer documents related to Security based Request for Proposals; analyzing and interpreting customer security and compliance requirements and aligning them with internal company policies and standards to provide customers with assurance of our company's security and compliance posture.
• Identifying any gaps in meeting customer compliance or security requirements expectations; communicating and addressing potential risks or gaps with relevant teams.
• Maintaining a knowledge base of security and compliance content and working with internal stakeholders to ensure our customer assurance materials remain up to date.
• Partnering with the sales and support organizations to provide security assurance in the sales and contract renewal process.
• Partnering with internal teams to conduct vendor risk assessments.
• Partnering with product and technology teams to keep up to date with arenaflex's platform.
• Engaging with internal departments to analyze customer security requirements to influence product roadmaps.
• Staying current with emerging security threats, technologies, and trends and contributing to driving process and program improvements to streamline customer security reviews in the sales cycle.
• May provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of the team.
• Complying with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, arenaflex's Information Systems Security Policy.
• Supporting and promoting the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis.
• Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.
• *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer assurance or security compliance role.
• In-depth knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including NIST, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Experience with security and compliance tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanners and penetration testing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential security and compliance risks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
